Thank you for checking-in for this event last week! Participant numbers have now been printed and received by us. Please remember, nothing will be sent to you ahead of the event; your participant paper number is to be collected on event morning.

Check-in is now open! Participant email "Lac de Moiry 2024 Check-in open" has been distributed. To access Check-in simply follow the link provided in your email or log in to your online account, "My Events" heading / the event name / Check-in. Check-in closes at midnight on Sunday the 01st of September.

Check-in! : We will be asking all registered participants to check in online approximately three weeks from the event. The Check-in process will result in a simpler event experience for you by removing the usual on-the-day administration. Within the Check-in process we will ask you to: 1) Confirm your preferred postal address to enable your participant number to be posted out, 2) Watch the mandatory event safety video.

John and Emily have a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area and are experienced mountain runners. They'll also help with travel to and from the airport as well as travelling to and from the event on the big day!

After an extremely successful 2023 event we are delighted to launch today "Endurancelife Lac de Moiry 2024!"

For those travelling from further afield below are a few pointers about how best get to this location:

By air

The closest international airport is Geneva (GVA) - Skyscanner link

By car

This is the easiest way to navigate to the event. Event parking is situated by the Glacier de Moiry, Grimentz, 3961, Switzerland.

By train

The closest train station for the event that is served by long-distance trains is Sierre/Siders. From Sierre/Siders, you can reach the event location using the bus network.

There are regular trains from Geneva Airport & Geneva (2 hours) and other European destinations.

By bus

The bus stop to disembark at is 'Moiry, glacier'. A network map is available here. There are limited bus options to get you to the event site in time for the start so please plan carefully.

We recommend staying in either Grimentz (29 mins journey) or Zinal (42 mins journey) if you plan to access the event by public transport as there is a direct bus (B 455) from both locations that will arrive at the event site in good time on the morning of the event.

1. If your plans change or you simply change your mind:
   1. You can receive a full refund (no fees or charges) should you change your mind within 30 days of booking (*1). No questions asked. To do so; log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Cancel > Confirm. It’s as simple as that. (*1 for bookings made more than 3 months prior to the event).
   2. You can chop and change between our whole events portfolio at any time (this includes locations as well as class categories at the same location). Just make sure you do this more than 30 days before the event you are booked on to. To do so; log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Change > Select the desired (new) event. Admin fees may apply for some changes.
   3. Transfer your entry to a friend. Any time up until 14 days prior to the event. To do so; Log onto your account > Orders > Select the desired order number > Reassign > Enter the desired email address. All reallocated entries must accept the invitation to finalise this process.
2. Cancellation: You will always be given a full refund (no fees or charges) if the event has to be cancelled and can't be rescheduled.
3. Postponement: You will always be given the following three options should an event have to be postponed (date changed). You will have one week from the date the event is postponed to make your choice:
   1. Accepting the new event date (this is the default option if you make no choice).
   2. Transferring to one of our other event locations for any date in the future.
   3. A refund (less a booking & card processing fee which will never be more than £20).
